3 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt



SIFT ABOVE INGREDIENTS, ADD:

1/2 c. plus 2 T. canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. vinegar
2 c. cold water


FROSTING:

2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. butter
3-4 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat well, usually 4-5 minutes in electric mixer, until all flour lumps are gone. Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 38 min. in a convection oven at 350.º

Beat frosting ingredients until smooth and easy to spread.
