2 – 8oz. chicken breasts (split) (tenders work well with this)
2 cups chopped pecans
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup flour
Tsp. salt

Green Beans:
Frozen Green Beans
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Seasoning
¼ cup white wine

Honey Butter:
¼ lb unsalted butter
¼ cup pure clover honey

PECAN ENCRUSTMENT:
Mix ingredients well and coat chicken. Ensure both sides are coated well. Place in a hot buttered pan and pan sear both sides for 2 minutes. Finish in a 350 degree oven for 6 minutes. In a hot buttered pan place frozen whole green beans with salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning. Saute for 3 minutes and deglaze with ¼ cup of white wine. Set aside.

HONEY BUTTER:
Mix ¼ lb. whole unsalted butter (at room temperature) with ¼ cup pure clover honey incorporating all ingredients. Set aside until served.

PLATE SERVICE:
Place encrusted chicken on plate and top with one Tbsp. honey butter. Serve with baked potato on side. Take remaining honey butter and toss with green beans. Place on plate with entrée and starch
