2 pounds ground beef, 2 medium onions chopped, 1 clove garlic crushed, 14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce, 1 pound stewed tomatoes, 3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, 8 oz. medium shell macaroni, 1 1/2 pints sour cream, 8 oz. sliced provolone cheese, 8 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese

Cook ground beef in a large pan until brown. Drain off fat. Add onion, garlic, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, and undrained mushrooms. Simmer 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook shells according to directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Pour 1/2 the shells into a deep casserole. Cover with 1/2 the tomato-meat sauce. Spread 1/2 the sour cream on next. Top with provolone cheese. Repeat, ending with mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking until cheese melts.
