6-8 large boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and cubed and salt and peppered
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
3 stacks if Ritz crackers smashed
3 T. poppy seeds
3 sticks of butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, poppy seeds and crackers together, place 1/2 on the bottom of 13" x 9" x 2" pan. Mix chicken, soup, and sour cream together and spread over cracker mixture. Spread remaining cracker mixture over the top of that and cover. Place in a preheated 350 º oven for 45 minutes and then remove foil and continue to cook for 15 more minutes.
