1 pound of ground beef
1 egg
1 can undiluted Cream of Mushroom soup
2 c. Potato buds or real mashed potatoes
1/2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. In a large mixing bowl, beat egg with a fork. Add ground beef, 1/2 can soup, bread crumbs, and salt and pepper. Mix well and pat in the bottom of a 9" pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, make enough potato buds (or real mashed potatoes) for 4 servings. Remove pie from oven and drain. Frost with the mashed potatoes and ice the top with the remaining soup. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar if desired. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Cute into pie size pieces.
