4 eggs
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. sour cream
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
3 c. blueberries


TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
6 T. cold butter cut into pieces
2 tsp.cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease 24 muffin cups. In large bowl beat eggs. Gradually add sugars. While beating, add vanilla, sour cream and oil. Mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture. Gently fold in blueberries. Scoop into muffin cups. Add 1 tsp. of topping to each muffin. Bake for 20 minutes.
