3/4 c. canola oil
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. pepper
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. dried mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Score steak by making 1/8" deep diagonal slashes across the meat in two different directions. (Both sides if thick) Add roughly 1 c. marinade per 1.5 lb. of meat.
Save extra marinade. Heat on stove and serve over steak once ready to eat.
