5 lbs potatoes, peeled, quartered
6 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup light sour cream
2 egg whites
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp butter/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain. Mash until there are no lumps. Add all other ingredients except butter and blend well. Place in a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with non-stick oil. Dot with margarine. If preparing ahead, allow to cool, cover and refrigerate for several days if desired. To serve, bake at 350 degrees until heated through about 45 minutes.
