Brownies:
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, 1/3 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. flour

Topping:
2/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter softened, 1 egg, 1/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. light corn syrup, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. flour, dash salt, powdered sugar

In large microwave bowl, combine chocolate and butter. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir. Stir in sugar. Mix in 2 eggs and vanilla until blended. Stir in flour. Spread into 8" x 8" pan lined with foil and coated with Pam. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Topping:
In large mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in milk, corn syrup, and vanilla. Beat in flour and salt. Pour over partially baked brownie. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
