2 lbs. of Top Sirloin cut into strips
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 onion chopped
1/2 stalk celery chopped
2 green peppers cut into strips
1/2 cup mushroom, sliced
1/2 cup green onions and tops, chopped
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup pimentos chopped
2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup sherry
1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Flour meat and brown in small amount of oil. Sprinkle on extra flour to thicken. Add sherry, cover tightly and simmer for 1/2 - 1 hour. Watch carefully and add water and wine as it simmers. Add all other ingredeints except mushrooms and tomatoes. At this point, can be refirgerated for several days. Before serving, add tomatoes and mushrooms to heat through.
