1 tsp. of salt

1/3 cup of cider vinegar

1/2 cup oil

1 Tbs. dry mustard

2 Tbs. poppy seeds

Directions:

Combine ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour before dressing the salad.

Mixed greens with crumbled blue cheese, tomatoes and red onion
