2 lbs large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 T lemon juice
1/4 cup green onions
1 T minced garlic
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 lb linguine, cooked according to package directions

Warm butter and oil, stir in all ingredients except shrimp, parsley and linguine. Remove from heat, add shrimp and turn to coat well. Place shrimp in single layer in broiling pan. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 5 mins. Turn shrimp and broil another 5 mins. Combine 1 lb cooked linguine with shrimp mixture. Serve with light dry wine.
