1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
30 thin rice crackers
30 peeled, cooked small shrimp
1 scallion, thinly sliced
3 to 4 tsp. wasabi paste (Japanese horseradish)

Directions:
Directions:
Puree cream cheese with wasabi (to taste) until smooth. Mound 1 tsp. cream cheese mixture on each cracker and top with shrimp. Sprinkle with scallions.
