Baguette sliced on diagonal, toast slices
Salt and Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Truffle Oil

Directions:

Spread fresh ricotta on a toasted baguette slices.
Top with thinly sliced asparagus.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil or truffle oil.
Arrange on a platter.
