Ingredients:

3 T oil
2 cloves garlic,minced
3 large onions, quartered
1 T flour
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 T seasoned salt
1/2 c snipped fresh parsley
2 lbs. chuck steak, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. rosemary
2 (16 oz) cans stewed tomatoes
3 medium carrots, cut into chucks
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
1/2 c Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil. Add onions & garlic and saute. Stir in all but carrots and noodles. Add 1/2 cup water, simmering for 1 1/4 hours. Add carrots and continue to simmer until tender. Add cooked noodles and Parmesan cheese.
