1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 c chicken broth
1 cup Half and Half
2 tablespoons Sherry
1 package spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Blend flour and seasonings in a small mixing bowl. Add to the melted butter and cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubble. Remove from heat and stir in chicken broth and cream. Return to heat and boil, stirring constantly. Stir in sherry, spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
