6 boneless, skinless halves
1 small carton of sour cream
1/2 pound of Monterey Jack cheese
6 pieces sliced dried beef (made by Hormel, in a jar)
3 slices of bacon
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
3/4 cup tomato paste
Chopped pimento and parsley

Directions:

Grate 1/2 cup of the Monterey Jack cheese.
Cut the remaining cheese into six 2-inch sticks.
Place chicken on counter and top with dried beef.
Roll the chicken around the cheese and place seam side down in 2 quart baking dish. Top each piece of chicken with 1/2 slice of bacon. Mix soup with cheese, sour cream, and tomato paste. Spread evenly over chicken rolls. Sprinkle generously with pimento and parsley.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 90 minutes,
