1 small can mushrooms,
1 Large sauerkraut,
1 small onion chopped,
2-3 carrots grated,
1 Medium tomato sliced thin,
4-5 slices bacon, cut in pieces, caraway seed to taste (just a scant if you want any),
1/2 cup beer,
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Par boil sauce - place cut up sausage in shallow water and steam for 20 minutes until fork tender.
Melt butter in pan, put all sauerkraut ingredients together, simmer for 2 hours covered (stir occasionally) on stove. Place in baking pan cover with par boiled sausage and place in oven for 45 minutes. Poke sausage occasionally to let juices run into kraut
