1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 1/2 teasp. baking power
1/4 teasp.salt
1/2 cup milk
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Crumb Mixture
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teasp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

Cream shortening, add sugar and cream thoroughly. Add egg and blend
well. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mixture alternately to sugar mixutre with milk,beginning and ending with flour
mixture. Do not over mix. Place in a greased 11x7x1 1/2 pan.Sprinkle blueberries on top of cake mixture. Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter together untill crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over blueberries.
Back at 350'' for 45 minutes.
