4 chicken breasts
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cups corn flakes
spices
¼ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:

Combine 1 cup of milk with flour and spices. This will make a thick paste. Dip chicken breasts into this mixture, then coat the chicken with cornflakes. Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Drizzle butter on the chicken towards the end of the cooking time. Serve with rice or potatos. Enjoy.
