1 tbsp butter
2 cups mushrooms
8 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
4 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
3/4 tsp salt
pinch pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat; cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes or until tender.

In bowl, whisk together eggs and sour cream; stir in mushrooms, cheese, bread crumbs, onions, parsley, salt and pepper.

Pour into buttered 10-inch pie plate or flan pan. Bake in 350º F oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
