Ingredients:  
1/2 c. butter
5 stalks celery
2 julienned carrots
1 chopped med. onion
1 pkg. frozen French style green beans
2 C. cooked rice - can use half wild and half white or all white
2 C. diced ham
2 scrambled eggs, uncooked
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry the first 5 ingredients until cooked. Then add the rice and ham. Heat through. Add the scrambled eggs and stir fry until done. Season with salt and pepper.

Celery is optional. If not using increase the carrots and green beans.
