FIRST LAYER:

3/4 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. light corn syrup
3 T. sugar
2 1/4 c. rice cereal


SECOND LAYER:

2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine or butter
2 c. rice cereal
1 1/2 c. small marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
FIRST LAYER: In a microwaveable bowl, melt peanut butter, 1/3 cup corn syrup and 3 T. sugar. Stir, then add 2 1/4 cups cereal until well coated. Press evenly in 9x13 pan. SECOND LAYER: In the same bowl, melt chocolate chips, 1/2 cup corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine or butter. Stir; then add 2 cups cereal until well coated. Stir in marshmallows. Spread on top of 1st layer. Cool in refrigerator. Cut into bars. Makes 24 bars.
