3 CUPS SUGAR
5 CUPS FLOUR
5 TSP. BAKING SODA
2 TSP. SALT
4 TSP. CINNAMON
1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
4 EGGS BEATEN
1 QUART BUTTERMILK
1- 17 OZ. CAN FRUIT COCKTAIL, WELL DRAINED

MIX FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS BY HAND. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS.
GREASE MUFFIN PAN OR USE CUPCAKE PAPERS. BAKE AT 400º, 20 MINUTES. CAN BE KEPT IN THE REFRIGERATOR 3 WEEKS.
