2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 large onion, chopped or 1 cup
1 can condensed cream of golden mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained or sautéed fresh mushrooms
1 can condensed cream of onion soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
6 c. hot cooked noodles or rice

Directions:
Mix beef, onion, soups, mushrooms and pepper in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours or until beef is very tender. Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir in sour cream. Serve beef over hot noodles or rice.
