3/4 c. warm water
3 TB. yeast
3 TB. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3-3 1/2 cups water
11-12 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes. In mixing bowl add 6 cups flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and enough flour and remaining water to make a soft dough.
Melt 1/2 to 1 square butter in 3 9x13 pans (You can use cookie sheets if you rather)
Sprinkle with garlic, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, asiago cheese(fresh is best) or any other seasonings you like.
Roll out, raise if you want.
Bake at 400º for about 20 minutes.
