1 box (around 7.6 oz) couscous.
1 Tbsp olive oil.
1 jar (around 15.5 oz) of your favorite salsa.
1/2 - 3/4 cups toasted or sautéed pine nuts.

Directions:
Follow directions on the box of couscous. Make entire box using olive oil and water. Warm entire jar of salsa in the microwave. Stir into prepared couscous. Toast pine nuts in toaster oven just until slightly brown or saute nuts in a little butter or olive oil. Be careful not to let them get too dark. Add to couscous and stir.

I usually use Tostitos HOT salsa. You can choose a salsa that fits your spice preference. You can also use nuts other than pine nuts: slivered almonds and sunflower seeds work well. If you like to mix sweet with savory, toss in a handful of raisins. You can pretty much add whatever suits your fancy!
