3 C milk (divided)
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 C sugar
1/4 C butter ( 1/2 stick)
8 oz white bread, cubed
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups milk, chocolate chips, sugar, and butter in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often until chocolate is melted. Stir in bread cubes, vanilla, cinnamon and remaining milk, then add eggs. Let stand 5 minutes, stir and pour into buttered 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Place baking dish in a larger pan half filled with hot water. Bake @ 350º for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold with a dollop of cool whip on top.

My first thought upon seeing this recipe years ago, was... yuck! Doesn't sound like bread pudding to me! But, being the chocolate lover I am, I decided to try it anyway....you know what? It is delicious! So if you like chocolate at all, give it a try, you won't regret it!
