2 C diced, buttered toast
1/2 C dried or fresh blueberries
2 1/2 C milk
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mapeline
1/2 C brown sugar
cinnamon on top

Directions:
Directions:
Butter casserole dish, add diced toast, sprinkle fruit over toast. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over toast cubes. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Place casserole dish in a larger dish half filled with hot water. Bake @ 350º 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with lemon sauce or yogurt if desired.
