1 16 oz can corn, drained
1 16 oz can creamed corn
2 eggs
1/4 C chopped onion
1 cube butter, melted
1/2 C sour cream
1 box corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Bake in a greased casserole dish @ 375º for 35 minutes. A double batch fills a 9x13 dish and takes about 1 hour to cook.

This is very good, a combination corn bread and scalloped corn. We serve it often with roast beef or meatloaf.
