1 C peanut butter (creamy)
1 C sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 C chocolate chips (opt)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream peanut butter and sugar, stir in egg, vanilla and chocolate chips (if desired). Drop by teaspoons on a cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork that has been dipped in sugar. Bake at 325º for 12-15 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
