6 med potatoes, peeled and large pieces
1 med onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 lb velveeta cheese
1/2 cup oil vegetable or olive

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes till fork slides through drain and cool
mash with fork or coarse mash with masher.
Cook onions with oil till tender and cool
If able to grate cheese grate and mix with tators, if unable to grate cut into small chunks 1/2 to 1 inch
mix together and add salt and pepper to taste.
If no velveeta may use shredded cheddar or may leave out completely
