1 cup of saurkraut drained
4 Tblsp of Butter
1 med onion finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse saurkraut with water drain and squeeze out excess water. Cook onion in butter until tender.Cook kraut butter ,onions ans salt and pepper till tender. do not overcook and chill thouroughly before using to make pyrohy.
