Directions:
Mix all together to make a soft workable dough ( (too dryand the noodles will be tough). Work up dough well and let rest 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Prepare Pans ( electric pan work best) by adding water to a depth of 1/4 inch. Add Approxiamately 2 T of butter or margarine. Salt Water well. Turn on pans to 325 or use medium to medium high heat on stove top. Roll out dough very thin on a floured surface. Pour thin film of sweet cream and spread to cover dough. sprinkle with flour if cream is too thin( You can use sour cream mixed with milk to a thick cream consistency ) Fol over edges of dough to make 2 or 3 inch flaps. Cut with table knife into 2-3 inch strips. Stretch pieces of dough as they are put into frying pans. Water should be boiling. Cover and do not vent. Do not lift lid while cooking . Cook until water fries down( you will hearing the noodles frying). Reduce heat slightly as the noodles start to brown. Some brown alot and some not at all.
