1 Stick soften butter (unsalted)
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs beaten (room temp)
3 Ripe large bananas, mashed
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350º
2. Using an electric mixer beat butter until creamy.
3. Add sugar and beat for 1 minute.
4. Beat eggs in a small bowl and pout it into the mixture.
5. Keep beating the ingredients for one minute every time you add.
6. Mash the bananas completely add to mixture.
7. Add baking soda
Be careful not to mix on high or else the batter will fly out. If you want to you can add nuts or chocolate chips.
8. Grease a large loaf pan and pour batter in.
9. Cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

My family has a lot of special recipes but one that I love is a banana bread recipe. It's really special to me because my family uses it so much. My family got it from my neighbors. It's usually served for breakfast or dessert, but can eat it anytime you want.
