1 head iceberg lettuce, 3 slices salami cut 1/4-1/2 inch thick, 4 slices provolone cheese sliced 1/2 inch thick, Sliced black olives, 1 jar dried tomatoes,
1 jar red peppers. 1 bottle Viva Italian dressing.

Directions:
Directions:
Assemble all ingredients. Cut solami and provolone into cube pieces, (try not to eat to many)
Drain black olives and dried tomatoes.
Take 1 or 2 peppers and cut into slices. Mix all the ingredients together and chill. Just before serving shake some italian dressing over salad and fluff.
I usually put about 1/2 the dressing in the salad and leave the bottle next to the salad if people want more
