3 cups boiling water, 1 tsp salt, 3/4 cup instant grits
1 stick butter, 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (cut into small cubes), 2 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, salt, and grits to a boil . Cook until thick, remove from heat. Then mix butter,cheese and eggs into the grits and pour into a lightly greased 2 qt casserole.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes until lightly brown.
