Ingredients:  
2 cups diced raw potato,
10 oz. package frozen mixed vegetables,
1/4 cup finely chopped onion,
1 T. snipped parsley (I usually use dried).
3 chicken bouillon cubes,
3/4 tsp. salt,
8 franks thinly sliced,
1/4 cup flour,
1/8 tsp. white pepper,
3 cup milk,
2 T. butter.

In large saucepan combine potatoes, frozen vegetables, onion, parsley, salt, and bouillon cubes. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Cover and boil gently for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add hot dog slices. Blend flour, white pepper, and milk. Stir into hot dog and vegetable mix and bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Serve in a bowl topped with butter.
