1 c. oatmeal
1 c. graham flour
1 c. All-Bran flakes
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1 c. sour milk
1 c. raisins
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil raisins in water for 5 minutes. Cool. Mix oatmeal, graham flour, All-Bran flakes, salt, sugar and egg in mixer. To sour milk, add 1 T. vinegar to 1 c. milk. Dissolve soda in the sour milk. Add milk and raisin mixture to the dry ingredients and blend. Put into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a 350º oven for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and remove to finish cooling. Can eat with cheese on it.
