3 cans tuna
5 green onions, chopped
1 tomato, diced
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 lemon, squeezed
2-3 tsp. vinegar
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add tuna in a bowl. Mix in finely chopped green onions with a fork, then the diced tomatoes. Slowly add the rest of the ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste!

Refrigerate about 30 minutes.
Serve on crackers or with shredded lettuce in a toasted bread sandwich.
