2 cups Bisquick Original baking mix
¾ cup quick-cooking oats
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
¼ cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, rinsed and drained (or blue berries, chocolate chips…)

HEAT oven to 350. Grease bottom of large loaf pan.

MIX baking mix, oats, sugar, bananas, milk and eggs in large bowl until moistened. Beat
vigorously 30 seconds. Fold in fruit. Pour into pan.

BAKE 45 to 55 mins or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center. Cool 10 mins; loosen loaf from sides of pan. Remove from pan; cool completely before slicing.
