8 cloves of garlic - whole
1 can (28 ounce) Italian whole tomatoes
15 leaves of basil
1/2 teaspoon (approx) crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl add 1 can of tomatoes - break-up tomatoes by hand and add 15 leaves of basil.

In a large fry pan, saute 8 whole cloves of garlic in olive oil. Do not make oil too hot, garlic should be translucent. To pan, add above tomatoes and crushed red pepper and perk for 15 min. Remove garlic and with a fork, smash garlic and then put back in pan and stir. Perk another 1/2 hour -delicious!
