Cake:
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
14 oz can of fruit cocktail

Cake Topping
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. milk or cream
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs slightly, stir in all ingredients adding flour last. Grease a 9 X 13 pan and add batter. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.

While cake is baking, boil all cake topping ingredients except for the vanilla. After coming to a boil, add vanilla and pour all over hot cake.
