Awesome Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

1 pkg. cake mix
5 c. bread flour
2 T. yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water
1 stick butter
brown sugar
cinnamon
raisins
nuts



FROSTING:

1 block of cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla or maple flavoring
1 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and warm water. Let stand several minutes until yeast starts to get frothy. Add flour and cake mix. Knead together 5 minutes. Place in warm spot and cover with a towel. Allow to rise 1 hour. Divide dough in two. Roll into thin rectangle. Spread with 1/2 the softened butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins. Roll from the long side and pinch together. Cut roll int to even pieces by wrapping a thread around each section and pulling it tight. It should make 12 rolls. Repeat with remaining dough. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Heat oven to 350º. Let them rise 1/2 hour. Then bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Makes 24 rolls.

FROSTING:
Mix together frosting and spread on cooled cinnamon rolls. Sprinkle with nuts.
