2 C. grated parmesan cheese
1 /4 C. minced fresh parsley
1 T. dried oregano
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
12 boneless chicken breast halves
1 C. butter or margarine (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow dish, combine the dry ingredients. Dip chicken in melted butter, then coat with Parmesan cheese mixture. Place in two greased 15 x 10 x 1 in. baking pans. Bake, uncovered @ 350º for 40 min. or until juices run clear.

Serve with west coast hominy, harvard beets, cesar salad, crusty french garlic bread and chocolate cherry cake with white almond flavored frosting.
