Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 stalk of celery diced
1/2 onion minced
1/3 stick of butter
1 can olde cape cod lobster bisque
1 soup can of milk or half & half
2 large russet potatoes
1 tbsp of dry sherry
1 maine lobster boiled and cut up
1/4 lb shrimp cooked and chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter until soft
Add lobster bisque, milk, cooked lobster and shrimp
Peel and cut potatoes into small chunks and boil separately until just tender
add all but 1/3 cup to pot
mash remaining potatoes and stir into soup to thicken
heat until hot do not boil
add dry sherry at the last minute
salt and pepper to taste
