2 cups beef bullion or beef stock
2t dry mustard
3t cider vinegar
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4-grated onion
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 c catsup
1/2 cube butter
Tabassco, few drops
3/4 t salt
1/2 paprika
1/2 t pepper

(I add a 2 T of brown sugar)(You may also add tomato paste if you prefer a thicker sauce)

Simmer for 30 minutes or more to reduce.
