1 chicken, skin-on, cut up
1 & 1/2 c. flour
1 cube butter
1 packet dry 'Good Season's' Italian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, place in bowl. Rinse chicken & pat dry.
In two separate plastic food storage bags, place half of Italian seasoning, and 1/2 of flour.
Melt butter, place in medium size bowl.
Dip each piece of chicken in butter, hold and drain, place in bag, and shake it well to coat.
Place on ungreased, non-stick baking sheet.
When bag gets too wet, move on to second bag.

When all pieces on pan, pour remaining butter over top.
Bake until done, approx 45-55 minutes @ 350º
