4 center cut bone-in chops
3 med-size russet potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the chops
Slice potatoes, skin on, in fairly thick slices
Mix soup and milk
Place potatoes and mix on chops
Cover & simmer approx 25-30 min, scraping the bottom of pan frequently and turning mixture
