4 c. sugar
28 oz. pumpkin
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 T baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, pumpkin and eggs until well blended. Add oil and beat thoroughly. Blend in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Pour into 4 greased pans and bake at 350º for one hour.

I like to add 2 cups of fresh or dried cranberries. If you like nuts you can add 2 cups of chopped pecans or walnuts.
